- The programme is open for all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents residing in East Coast GRC who are currently unemployed.
- You may apply for the programme online here.
Alternatively, you may visit your respective Community Centres/Clubs (CCs) in East Coast GRC during the operating hours. Please remember to bring along the necessary documents required for application.

Please note that you may be required to submit more documents after this initial application. These documents will depend on the HR practices of the respective hiring companies.Additional documents will also be required to apply for community assistance schemes such as for ComCare Short-to-Medium-Term Assistance.
