Job Responsibilities
– Maintain a high level of attentiveness and professionalism when facing customers
– Handle and manage all relevant documents, packages, and courier services
– Attend to customers’ needs and ability to meet clients’ requests and queries
– Responsible for escorting of clients to their respective destinations
– Observe and adhere to Retail Department’s code of conduct policies, standard operating -procedures (SOPs) and practices
– Plan and assign customer’s/ agent’s order (Guest and Flight details) to greeters
– Handle meet and greet emails and phone calls in regard to orders, feedbacks, complaints and queries.
– Handle reservation process and key in orders to system
– Monitor eta of flights on our system and reassign job assignment if there is a clash flight
– Any other ad-hoc assigned duties and projects
