Job Overview

You will be reporting to a General Manager/Project Manager/Facility Officer and assist to perform the following duties:

  1. Conduct random inspection on the facilities assigned under his/her care.
  2. Prepare and plan maintenance of the organization’s building facilities/ equipment.
  3. Prepare tender interview and vendor specification to qualify term contractors and managing agent.
  4. Manage any ad-hoc A&A /upgrading / improvement projects.
  5. Address technical concerns on all M&E services with engineer and client
  6. Maintain proper housekeeping of the premises under care.
  7. Conduct spot check to sub-contractors monthly
  8. Prepare monthly report of the building assigned to him/her
  9. Any other tasks as assigned by the management




  • Proven experience as  in the relevant field
  • Experience in operating equipment like drills, tools
  • Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to read instructions when needed
  • Basic knowledge of English (spoken)
  • Recognized skill set or equivalent
