Job Description
- Handle user’s queries on purchasing, goods receipt matters
- Process GeBIZ and SAP transactions
- Update GeBIZ e-catalogues
- Update contract monitoring alerts
- Generate reports from GeBIZ and SAP
- Assist in filing and housekeeping activities
- Any other related matters on procurement, as instructed
Job Requirement
- Min 3 years’ working experience in a purchasing related role, preferably in the public sector
- Experience with GeBIZ and SAP system
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
- Have strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external customers
- Able to manage workload and focus on priorities
- A proactive, impactful, reliable and passionate individual with the ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
- 8.30am – 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract Period
July 2020 – September 2020
Salary
$10 per hour (Min. Diploma)
