Role & Responsibilities 工作职责:

• Demonstrate ability to cook, present and garnish food in accordance to recipes 跟着食谱展示能煮，呈现和摆盘的能力

• Prepare specialty foods/sauces/ingredient by using equipment like deep fryer and griller 能用空气炸锅等的设备来准备特质的食品、酱料和食材等

• Cashiering duties 点单和收银

• Inspect all equipment and coordinate timely maintenance 检查所有的设备并及时协调维护

• Cultivate good grooming practices 培养良好的卫生和整洁习惯

• Provide good customer service in terms of courtesy and efficiency 提供良好和有效的客户服务

• Assist Team Leader in stock taking 协助主张点货

• Maintain cleanliness/sufficient supply of condiments and consumables at stall front 保持摊位前的清洁和充足的调味品、消耗品供应

• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety 确保高标准的食品卫生并遵守健康和安全的规矩

• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins 监控食物的控制保持利润率

• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor 主管分配的任何其他职责
