Job Description
- Mechanic, Air-Conditioning and Refrigerating Equipment
- Review and summarize enquiry and making enquiry to potential client
- Basic scope of work and technical evaluation of enquiry.
- Basic quantity checking and preliminary costing
- Drafting and submission quotation or bid submission upon approval from superior and follow up with client after post submission.
- Basic contract administration and documentation, e.g. reviewing letter of award, variation order claim, progress claim etc.
- Supporting Engineer and operations
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma Mechanical Engineering Survey or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): quantity surveying, contract management, civil & structural engineering
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and positive thinking, Independent, discipline, attention to details, sharp in numbers/figures and able to meet dateline.
