Job Description
- Improve the adoption rate of tray return habit by patrons
- Ensure patrons/stallholders observe safe-distancing measures
- Develop, plan and execute promotional activities to nudge patrons to return their trays and soiled crockery
- Engage and encourage patrons to participate in tray return activities
- Plan, conduct and evaluate outreach sharing sessions for stallholders/cleaners on the importance of tray return in hawker centres and garner their support to co-drive various tray return activities in their centres
- Guide and encourage patrons in practicing safe distancing measures such as wearing masks properly, queuing 1m apart at all times, and buying and leaving the centre quickly
- Any other duties, including enforcement, assigned
Job Requirement
- Have prior experience working in front line service role
- Possess good verbal communication and people skills
- Fluent in English and mother tongue (Chinese, Malay or Tamil). Fluency in dialect is an added advantage
- A positive attitude, ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to maintain composure under challenging circumstances
- Enjoy field work in market & hawker centre setting
- Able to perform shift duties or work weekends / public holidays / after office hours
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (8am to 2pm), Saturday (8am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm)
- Monday to Friday (5pm to 9pm), Sunday (8am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm)
Contract Period
