Job Overview

• Carry out in-house preventive and corrective maintenance for all facilities, building and services system (ACMV, P&S, BMS, ELEC, ELV & Fire Protection System)
• Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist.
• Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in operational state.
• Perform standby duty to attend to system faulty during and after office hours, weekends and public holidays when needed.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement:
• Min NITEC In electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in Building Maintenance / Facilities Management
• Able to speak and write English
• Willingness to work shift work

Working Hours:

5 day work week (Mon – Fri)
