Job Overview
You will be reporting to a General Manager/Project Manager/Facility Officer and assist to perform the following duties:
- Conduct random inspection on the facilities assigned under his/her care.
- Prepare and plan maintenance of the organization’s building facilities/ equipment.
- Prepare tender interview and vendor specification to qualify term contractors and managing agent.
- Manage any ad-hoc A&A /upgrading / improvement projects.
- Address technical concerns on all M&E services with engineer and client
- Maintain proper housekeeping of the premises under care.
- Conduct spot check to sub-contractors monthly
- Prepare monthly report of the building assigned to him/her
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management
Qualification
- Proven experience as in the relevant field
- Experience in operating equipment like drills, tools
- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods
- Able to work in a team
- Able to read instructions when needed
- Basic knowledge of English (spoken)
- Recognized skill set or equivalent
