Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and partnerships for the company’s key initiative and projects
- Network, deepen and expand work with current corporate partners and building strategic alliances with new network of business organizations
- Implement strategies to maintain and grow the number of partnerships and value of sponsorships for the company, both cash and in-kind partnerships
- Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and trends in order to apply creative thinking that will ensure a competitive edge
- Proactively research, identify and approach prospective organizations
- Prepare creative and made-to-measure sales, marketing and business pitches or proposals to secure potential partners
- Undertake cost benefit analysis on proposed partnerships to ensure positive return for the company.
- Take ownership of the development of events and activities of prospective and existing partners
- Work constructively as a team member and effectively with other departments to ensure timely and quality deliverance
- Maintain a database of current and prospective clients
- Develop a marketing calendar to engage the VIPs
- Drive the key metrics for the customer loyalty programme
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good understanding of Lifestyle / F&B / Luxury goods / Hospitality / Entertainment industry
- Strong organizational skills, resourceful and able to multitask and project manage
- Able to prioritize workload to achieve targets within agreed timeframes while delivering a high level of customer service both internally and externally
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well independently and as a team member
- Experience with the Banking / Hospitality / Travel industry will be a bonus
