Summary
This role will be the face of our brands and value, and to assist in various aspects of social media and community support across different brands in the Group’s portfolio.
An ideal candidate would be someone who is pro-active and an organised self-starter who is willing to go for extra-miles to respond to community members even outside of working hours.

Job Scope
- To be a brand ambassador working closely with the marketing team and front facing departments.
- To be the first point of contact for any existing or prospective partners or customers.
- To be responsible for customer support – answering questions however they come in (phone, e-mail, Twitter) and managing any online feedback platform such as Facebook.
- To craft communication messages for both internal and external audience i.e. internal teams, sellers and buyers.
- Assist with social media marketing creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties,
- To undertake any additional tasks that the management may decide from time to time
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience
- Able to speak and write English
- Experience in F&B Company preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
