We are looking for a passionate, service-driven individual to fill the role of Concierge in our private members club, Straits Clan. Having the essentiality for communication with guests, this role entails the individual to maintain the highest service standards of the establishment and ensure that our guests leave with an awesome experience that leaves them yearning for more.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Registration of guests at concierge counter, including the processing of all guest reservations and the assigning and blocking of facilities
- Understanding and adhering to all front desk duties, including proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures
- Communicating efficiently on facility statuses
- Establishing and implementing expected guest programs and professionally handle guest requests and questions
- Actively improving club standards by providing relevant information such as guest feedback
- Carrying out daily concierge operations
- Ensuring that all guests receive a positive first and last impression at Straits Clan
What we’re looking for:
- An individual that is eager to learn and has a passion in customer service
- An individual who is well groomed and possesses good communication skills
- Preferably possess experience in a front office position relating to hospitality
