Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

– Maintain a high level of attentiveness and professionalism when facing customers
– Handle and manage all relevant documents, packages, and courier services
– Attend to customers’ needs and ability to meet clients’ requests and queries
– Responsible for escorting of clients to their respective destinations
– Up-Selling of Retail products in the booth to generate sales
– Escorting Customers using an electronic buggy
– Observe and adhere to Retail Department’s code of conduct policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and practices
– Any other ad-hoc assigned duties and projects

To note:
Shift work 4 – 12 Hours
$7 – $10 Per hour
