Job Overview

The role of a Customer Service Executive are as follows:

1. To attend to incoming Amobee written and telephone enquries. The individual must be customer-oriented, and have the patience and dedication to serve and attend to client’s requests.

2. To understand the company suite of product offerings, and make appropriate Specialist recommendations to clients.

3. To constantly follow-up with client’s portfolio for continuous growth and improvement.

4. To gather client’s feedback on completed works and overall performance of Project Team to set better customer-focus strategies.

5. To prepare quotations, attend to tender invitiations, study plan drawings and written technical specifications for the purpose of understanding what the project entails.

6. The Executive may be required to do site-visits, sample submission and product presentation when the need arises.

7. The Executive is required to stay connected with our online marketing campagin manager and monitoring tools on a monthly basis.

8. The Executive is to ensure Safe Distancing Policies and measures are adhere to by visitors and maintain good housekeeping of the office at all times.
