Job Overview

Job Description

  1. Plan, coordinate and manage daily deployment and reporting of safe-distancing and enforcement officers and activities
  2. Liaise with HR counterparts and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth on-boarding/off-boarding of officers
  3. Management and deployment of auxiliary officers
  4. Provide personnel-related administrative supports (e.g. processing leave, off-in-lieu, claims etc)
  5. Manage and replenish logistics supplies needed for deployment of officers
  6. Provide latest Enforcement Protocol and Policy support for Enforcement Officers
  7. Develop clear communication channels for dissemination of latest SOPs/guidelines so as to ensure they carry out their work according to the SOPs/guidelines
  8. Analyse, monitor and report safe-distancing situations at markets & hawker centres
  9. Analyse trends and draft daily situational submissions for reporting at various agency and inter-agency platforms
  10. Prepare presentation materials for inter-agency meetings, engage and collaborate with other agencies on safe-distancing initiatives
    • Compile cases of incident and follow up with relevant stakeholders (e.g. AIC, MSF, SPF) on the next course of actions
  11. Coordinate prosecution cases, conduct interviews with offenders and liaise with relevant stakeholders on the next course of actions
  12. Manage and process feedback and appeals related to safe distancing incidents and enforcement cases

Working Hours

  • 9-6PM Monday-Friday

Contract Period (6 months)

Salary 

$16.30 per hour (minimum Degree holder)
